DOG WALKING
& HOME BOARDING
The dogs are collected from their homes in a specially adapted, fully air-conditioned
van for their safety and comfort. They are exercised and mentally stimulated in a
variety of environments and are encouraged to interact and socialise in an enjoyable
but controlled manner, incorporating ongoing, essential obedience training.
I like my pack to have fun, but not at the expense of forgetting their manners and
making themselves a nuisance to other members of the public and their dogs. I
pride myself on my good reputation as a considerate and experienced dog handler,
and am frequently observed by, and have the support of, local authority personnel.
I OFFER ONE WALKING SESSION A DAY ONLY (average 2 hours) to allow for
unhurried quality time for my pack dogs. (New pack members may need to have
some training sessions before joining the group).
This service is only available to pack members. The dogs live with me and Yogi
in my house. They have access to, and play in, my large garden with lots of
grassy areas, and in the summer most of them like to cool off and splash in the
dog pool or tub. They are all rubbed down or bathed after muddy winter walks
and sleep in baskets or on duvets. Their stay often includes grooming, teeth
and ear cleaning or nail trimming; these attentions and any medication which
may need to be administered come, naturally, free of charge.
